1. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Please ensure it is in the original packaging.
2. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping cost is non-refundable. We recommend you to use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot offer you a refund if the product is not delivered to our office. Please ensure to use appropriate packing, as our bottles are fragile.
3. Once your return is received, we will determine whether your item meets the return requirements. If eligible, we will issue you a refund to the original form of payment used to make the purchase (minus the shipping costs). We will let you know by email once your return has been processed.
*We are not responsible for breakage due to the mishandling of the bottle by the customer. Please handle our bottles with care as they are made of glass.
